Zhafir Plastics Machinery presents all-electric solutions at the Fakuma exhibition

At the Fakuma exhibition this year, the global market leader Haitian International is zooming in on its all-electric premium products from Zhafir Plastics Machinery headquartered in Ebermannsdorf/Oberpfalz. The efficient "Venus Series" and the innovative "Mercury Series" closely serve the general market trend in Europe: steadily increasing demand for all-electric machines - high performance and cost effective. Zhafir is displaying a Venus 1200 kN at the Fakuma exhibition with a 4-cavity-mold for the cosmetics industry and a cell with a Mercury 1500 kN and a mold for the automotive industry.
"The demand for all-electric solutions increases from year to year. This is the result of increased costs of energy and of raw materials among other things, which can be counteracted effectively with the use of all-electric technology. With our new Mercury Series we are also presenting a machine that sets new standards not only in speed and precision. It also creates opportunities for the processing of complex and new materials and can thus be used in difficult areas of application and helps to open up new fields of application for plastic as a substitute for metal and other raw materials as well as for totally new parts." says Professor Helmar Franz, CEO of Zhafir Plastics Machinery and a member of the Haitian International Executive Board.
Since the sales release at the last K-Show in Düsseldorf, the series production of the Mercury has begun in Ebermannsdorf. There is a huge interest and already orders confirmed for the first 30 machines. They are primarily intended to be a test for this completely new approach of technology. Certainly; the machines must first build up trust in such a traditional market. In order to accumulate more field reports and references, Zhafir aims to place the Mercury with innovative and future oriented processors. Demand is already pleasantly high among the global players. A customer from Belarus has already made the decision to order seven Mercury units. At the Fakuma trade show, a Mercury 150 tons produces an automotive part.
With the Venus Series, Zhafir Plastics Machinery is supplying all-electric technology for the fierce standard. This is precisely why it is also positioned at the price of a traditional, highly productive, hydraulic machine to make market entry into this resource saving, innovative technology economically possible for customers as well. Thanks to the continually increasing market penetration and the consistently positive feedback almost 1000 machines have been sold since market entry in the middle of 2008. This alone equates in the first half year 2010 with a doubling of sales compared with total sales of 2009. The sales figures in the current 2011 financial year confirm this growth course. The Venus series is assembled and tested for Europe in Ebermannsdorf. At the Fakuma trade fair Zhafir is displaying a Venus with 120 tons clamping force, producing a cosmetics dosing cap.

Spinoza has clearly explained the doctrine of animal automatism, and shown it to be perfectly conceivable;569 but he has entirely omitted to explain how the parallel influence of one thought (or feeling) on another is to be understood; for although this too is spoken of as a causal relation, it seems to be quite different from the logical concatenation described as the infinite intellect of God; and to suppose that idea follows from idea like movement from movement would amount to a complete materialisation of mind; while our philosopher would certainly have repudiated Mr. Shadworth Hodgson’s theory, that states of consciousness are only connected through their extended substratum, as the segments of a mosaic picture are held together by the underlying surface of masonry. Nor can we admit that Spinoza entertained the theory, now so popular, according to which extension and consciousness are merely different aspects of a single reality. For this would imply that the substance which they manifest had an existence of its own apart from its attributes; whereas Spinoza makes it consist of the attributes, that is to say, identifies it with their totality.
